Lauren's vision as owner/operator of Salty Escapes is to run a "boutique" style property management company. A vision that can extend personal attention, relationships, and marketing for every property Salty Escapes manages and also make their voice heard among larger competitors. She is a hospitality professional through and through, with an extensive background in Property Management and Owner Relations. She knows what works and how to get the most ROI for her owners!

Lauren launched her career through an internship focused on marketing and special events with the Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Over eight years, she worked her way through the ranks, ultimately landing as the Rental Manager for Sandestin, managing 500+ individually owned short-term vacation rentals. From there she took her expertise to Russell Vacation Rentals, helping to grow the business exponentially, setting up property listings on trending vacation rental platforms. She's, also a licensed REALTOR ®, assisted in a full scope of real estate transactions while with ResortQuest.

Lauren brings over a decade of invaluable experience working, specifically in commercial and vacation rental property management, allowing her to share expertise with every aspect of vacation rental ownership, from purchasing or selling to turning it into a profitable investment. Her passion for service excellence is quickly noticed through each and every interaction. And with over two decades of customer service experience, her humble and professional personality, strong ethical values, and love for hospitality, are among many traits that build lasting relationships with Salty Escapes' owners, guests and vendors.

A true local to the area, Lauren was born and raised on the beaches of Northwest Florida, now raising a family of her own, right here, along the Emerald Coast. In her free time she can be found on the water with her 2 boys...swimming, paddle boarding, boating, scalloping, snorkeling, and fishing.
